1. Me and at least one other person; the objective case of we.

• Dutch: ons
• French: (after preposition) nous, (indirect object) nous, (indirect object, emphatic) nous ... à nous, (indirect object with an imperative verb) nous, (direct object) nous, (direct object, emphatic) nous ... nous

  Examples:

  After preposition: It is for us - C'est pour nous

  Indirect object: She tells us her name - Elle nous dit son nom

  Indirect object, emphatic: She gives the book to us - Elle nous donne le livre à nous

  Indirect object with an imperative verb: Give it to us - Donnez-le-nous

  Direct object: She hates us - Elle nous déteste

  Direct object, emphatic: She loves us - Elle nous aime, nous

• Italian: (after preposition) noi, (indirect object) ci, (indirect object, emphatic) a noi, (indirect object with an imperative verb) ci (attached to the end of the verb and becoming ce- when used along with a direct object; the c is doubled with some verbs), (direct object) ci, (direct object, emphatic) noi

  Examples:

  After preposition: It is for us - É per noi

  Indirect object: Maria tells us her name - Maria ci dice il suo nome

  Indirect object, emphatic: Maria gives the book to us - Maria dà il libro a noi

  Indirect object with an imperative verb, used without a direct object: Write to us - Scrivici; Tell us - Dicci

  Indirect object with an imperative verb, used with a direct object: Send it to us - Spediscicelo; Give it to us - Daccelo
